About He and I Construction, Inc.

Our History

He and I Construction, Inc. originated from the aspirations of Al Alfaro and his wife Lucille in March of 1995. After working for a construction company from the late 1980's through the early 1990's, Al decided to enter the construction business with the help of his wife Lucille. He and I Construction, Inc. started as a company specializing in refurbishing and building homes, and hardwood floor installation.

The central office and storage was located at the Alfaro's home, and based out of the garage. As the company developed and became incorporated in 1998, it began to take on the responsibility of a general contractor, growing into a company specializing in design/build, maintenance and renovation contracting.

Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions.

Our Staff

He and I Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business with approximately ten employees, whom are directly related to the company owner. With a total staff of 23 dedicated workers, we are more than capable of completing projects within the time constraints stated in our contracts.

Community Support

He and I Construction is committed to serving the communities in which it works. We regularly make donations to public services, local schools, and non-profit organizations in support of their causes.

He and I Construction has donated 100 truckloads of dirt to the Lawton Soccer Club and Big Green Soccer Fields to upgrade their fields! Our intent has been and always will be to support local youth activities to better the health and lives of children.

Additionally, the owner and staff of He and I Construction have founded and funded (with a generous $50,000 donation!) the He and I Flag Football League which will be a non-profit organization to encourage community support and involvement of Lawton and surrounding area youths and adults!

The League was developed to promote healthier lifestyles amongst community members and to keep kids off the streets, thereby having a positive impact on reducing crime rates in the area.

Educational Support

He and I Construction encourages its staff to further their education to expand their knowledge and expertise. The consistent search for knowledge in the Information Technology (IT) industry has given our company the competitive advantage over other firms for years, attributing to our growth.

Although He and I Construction began as a very small firm, we have always understood the importance of continuing education and emerging technologies. After our establishment in 1995, He and I Construction was able to sign on the Internet, provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, e-mail, and fax, and utilize relevant software in order to give the impression of a much larger company.

The importance of education is instilled in the minds of our key personnel. We also attend seminars to learn new trends, obtain new business opportunities, and acquire different techniques in all aspects of business.
